    • get into a weight class
      • physical training is a daily commitment 
    • reach the goals of your weight class
      • squat, pwr clean, and bench (3 rep max)​
    • develop a diet to increase mass
      • you must address your diet- eat with purpose​
      • diet is a discipline, habits​ create change
